Effective Date: June 24, 2026

By using the Jambo application and Discord Bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Jambo is a multiplayer spatial room client that syncs presence in virtual environments with active Discord voice channels.

2. Discord Terms Alignment

Your use of Jambo requires adherence to Discord's official Terms of Service and Developer Policy. Actions that violate Discord's terms will also result in termination of your Jambo access.

3. In-Game Economy & Digital Purchases

• Coins & Virtual Goods: Jambo offers digital coins for cosmetic items (skins and decorations). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable.
• Payments: All checkouts are processed securely through Polar.sh. We do not handle payment details on our servers.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to exploit, hack, or attempt to manipulate the virtual economy, SpacetimeDB database, or spatial tracking mechanics. Users violating these rules will be permanently banned from Jambo servers.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Jambo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, server shutdowns, or lost virtual items.
